POSH POLICIES
Cancelations:
If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time. We completely understand things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule, we just ask you give proper notice in advance.
Late:
Please arrive on time to your appointment with NO makeup and very clean lashes. If you are late or do not have clean lashes, this will reduce your appointment time and may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same.
Lash fills:
40% of the lash extensions must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign work, meaning, any lash work done by a previous lash technician, will be on a case by case basis. They may require more time or even a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.
Refunds:
NO refunds are offered on any eyelash service. If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge if requested within three days.
Eye makeup:
It is crucial you arrive to your appointment with no residue of eye makeup on your eyes. Avoid wearing waterproof makeup for at least three days prior to your appointment (this stuff is seriously the worst to remove). Lash extensions may not last as long with previous makeup on at the time of your appointment. You may be asked to remove your makeup at the time of your appointment.
Cell phones:
Please ensure your phone is on silent at the start of your appointment. Enjoy your time in a relaxing environment free from distractions.
Guest:
We can not accommodate children or guests to our clients in our waiting area. Please come alone. Think of our lash room as a spa and use the time to relax and unwind. You deserve it!
